1. What is the status of my application?
The status of your application can be viewed from the My Applications page. It will be in bold print next to the position in which you have applied. If you have further questions regarding the status of your application please send a request to careers@capitalone.com.

2. Why was I declined for this position?
If you have been declined for a position you should have received an email from your recruiter with further information. If you have further questions regarding the status of your application please send a request to careers@capitalone.com.

3. I applied for a job but it is not listed on My Applications page?
If you have applied for a position and it is still not visible, please wait a few minutes and log back in using the link provided in the email. If it is still not visible please email a request to careers@capitalone.com.

4. How can I update my application?
If you need to make any updates to your application please email careers@capitalone.com. During the application process you will not be able to go back and edit any of your information.
